How many CLUB Secure Access questions may I select and answer?
|You will be required to select and answer three unique security questions. Each dropdown menu will display 22 questions for you to choose from. |
When will I be asked to answer one of my CLUB Secure Access questions?
|If you have not logged on within 30 days, you will be prompted with one security question. If you frequently log on, you will be prompted with a security question on every sixth log on. If you fail your user ID and password log on three (3) times, you will need to contact Customer Care to unlock your account. On your next log on you will have to answer two (2) security questions. |
What if I'm prompted for a CLUB Secure Access question and I forgot the answer?

How do I make my Cabela's CLUB Visa payment online?
| To submit a payment from this web site, select 'Setup Online Payment' from the 'Payments' dropdown menu. After the payment information is set up, payments are submitted by selecting 'Make Online Payment' from the 'Payments' dropdown menu. |
When I submit a payment online, when will my payment post?
|Payments scheduled on business days before 5:00 p.m. Central Time with a payment date of today will be applied to your account overnight.|
Payments scheduled on non-business days before 5:00 p.m. Central Time with a payment date of today will reflect today's payment date, however the payment may not be applied to your account for up to two business days.
Payments cannot be submitted with a posting date of today if it is after 5:00 p.m. Central Time.
Payments scheduled with a future payment date will reflect the scheduled payment date.
Payments scheduled with a future payment date can be canceled up to 11:59 p.m. Central Time on the day prior to the scheduled payment date.
When you submit a payment online, your payment will not be automatically withdrawn every month. This is a one time payment.
We reserve the right to postpone for up to 15 business days the use of your credit equal to the payment posted.
Payments will be withdrawn from your bank account within one to three business days following the payment date.

If I submit a payment online, will this be automatically done every month?
|No. When you submit a payment online, your payment will not be automatically withdrawn every month. This is a one time payment.|
Can I have my Cabela's CLUB Visa payment deducted from my checking account every month?
|Yes, Cabela's CLUB Visa offers an Autopay option. With this system, your payment can be automatically deducted from your checking account every month in one of three ways: |
If you wish to set up Autopay, the enrollment form may be obtained online by selecting 'Forms' from the 'Services' drop-down menu. Then select 'Autopay'. You may also contact Customer Care at 1-800-850-8402 and a form will be sent to you.
- Minimum Payment Due.
- A fixed amount - for example, $100 per month or your minimum payment, whichever is greater.
- New Balance - i.e. your entire statement balance.
How do I change my password?
|To change your password, select 'Change Password' from the 'Services' dropdown menu.|
How can I download my statement or current transactions?
|To download your statement, go to the bottom of the page containing your statement or current activity. From the 'Download Options' dropdown menu, select your preferred file type to download and click the 'Go' button. The file formats we provide are Quicken (.QIF), Microsoft Money, and Comma Delimited. |
How can I redeem my points and do they ever expire?
|Points can be redeemed at your convenience. They can be used at Cabela's retail stores, when ordering by phone, or when placing an order online. The points do not expire as long as your account remains open and in good standing.|
Is it possible to change my payment due date?
|Yes, you can change your payment due date to a more convenient time of the month. Contact Customer Care at 1-800-850-8402 for more information.|
How do I report my Cabela's CLUB Visa has been lost or stolen?
|If your card is lost or stolen, please contact Customer Care at 1-800-850-8402 immediately. |
Is any CLUB Visa credit card account information reported to the credit bureaus?
|We may report information about your account to credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account, as well as your account balance, may be reflected in your credit report and the credit reports of joint cardholders, co-signers, and/or authorized users on the account. |
Can I send an email request from an email address that is different from the one that is connected to my online account?
|The only email requests that will be processed are those that come from the address connected to the online account in which you are inquiring about. |
What if the question or issue I have is not a subject listed in the help categories?
|Not all requests can be processed via email. If you do not see the subject in which you need assistance, please contact Customer Care by calling the number on the back on your card or 1-800-850-8402. |
